An established law firm that specializes in complex litigation is seeking a Litigation Associate Attorney with 2-5+ years of experience to join its team in Seattle. This Associate would have experience with complex litigation cases.
Offer:
$130,000 - $180,000 contingent on experience

Qualifications:
2-5 years of experience in complex litigation
Strong research, writing, and oral advocacy skills
Experience handling depositions, motion practice, and trial preparation
Washington Bar in good standing
Juris Doctorate
Responsibilities:
Managing a caseload of commercial litigation matters
Drafting pleadings, motions, and legal memoranda
Conducting depositions and discovery
Representing clients in court hearings and arbitrations
Collaborating with senior attorneys on complex cases
Advising clients on legal risks and litigation strategies
