We are a midsize CPA with 2 locations in the NJ/NYC area. We are a top 300 firm in the United States with about 100 employees total. We focus on for profit clients of all sizes and industries. The only industries we do not handle are non-profit and government clients. We tend to see a lot of real estate, pharma, bio tech, construction, and manufacturing clients. While we are an advanced firm we do value work life balance with an open PTO policy, limited busy season hours (50-60 hours per week), and a flexible hybrid schedule. We are growing fast as we have acquired multiple firms and are looking to ramp up our tax and audit teams. There is tons of room for growth and upwards mobility with a quick path to partner on both sides.
Our Audit teams handle mainly financial statement audits for for-profit institutions, with the occasional risk analysis and employee benefit plan. We are looking for the next generation of leaders who want to get on a path to partner from day one.
