Due to significant company growth, we have immediate openings for multiple Project Managers that are able to travel up to 6 days a month and are motivated, enjoy problem solving, and want to work for a company that recognizes his/her hard work.
Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Ensure that the project is completed on time, within budget and ultimately exceeds the customer's expectations. Manage jobsite safety
Ensure that company's safety program is properly managed and followed. Scheduling
Prepare and develop a complete critical path method schedule inclusive of predecessors and successors, project float and critical path. Review the Superintendent's "two week look-ahead schedule and ensure that it is in compliance with the prime contract schedule.
Project Manager must document all changes and delays. Establish and manage project budgets. Prepare and submit payment applications. Project buy-out to include subcontractor selection and scope of contract
Knowledge and adherence to all company policies and procedures
Establish and maintain client/subcontractor relationships
Be able to produce work in progress and budget projection reports
Provide guidance to jobsite and office staff as required
Overall responsibility of all change order cost estimates
Able to read plans and perform detailed material take-offs
Project scheduling and organization
Completion of required project documentation
Professionally represent the company in all dealings with all Subcontractors, Owners, and Architects.
Bachelor Degree (or equivalent work experience) is preferred 3 years minimum comparable project management experience.
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Must be customer service oriented.
Performs project duties with little supervision.
Must have a professional appearance and positive attitude.
Must have the ability to adapt to any situation and meet deadlines.
Must be self-motivated and goal oriented.
Ability to manage multiple projects.
Software knowledge: all Microsoft packages, Microsoft Project CPM scheduling software.
