Job Title: Controller
Job Location: Denver (Hybrid, 4 Days in Office and 1 Day Remote)
Job Salary: $120,000-$125,000 Base + Bonus
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's Degree
2. 7+ Years of Experience in Full Cycle Accounting
3. 2+ Years of Leadership Experience

As the Controller, you will be instrumental in maintaining the financial well-being and operational effectiveness of the organization by overseeing key accounting and financial processes, guiding team members, and supporting strategic initiatives. We are looking for a candidate with a strong combination of technical proficiency, attention to detail, and leadership skills. The ideal candidate will thrive in managing complex financial operations, promoting team collaboration, and driving improvements to enhance the accuracy and efficiency of financial reporting and analysis.
