Job Location: Indianapolis, IN - ON-SITE - Must be within commutable distance (Location Near Airport)
Salary: $110k-$125k - Depending on experience, plus potential bonus
Requirements: 7+ years in Maintenance Management, Food/Beverage Manufacturing, Lean/Six-Sigma, Automation, TPM, Conveyors, PLC's, Troubleshooting/Repair, Engineering, Electrical/Mechanical

What You Will Be Doing:
You will manage and oversee the maintenance of the manufacturing plant, while achieving all safety, quality, and cost KPI's. You will also balance the demands of our day-to-day production environments, with our forward-thinking culture of Lean/Six-Sigma and continuous improvement. You will be responsible for leading the execution of our capital improvements, and all maintenance activities. This Manager will oversee a team of 8 Maintenance Technicians and report to the Plant Manager, and Director of Engineering and Maintenance.
