Operations Manager (Coffee Distributor)

We are a coffee manufacturer and distributor located in Fort Lauderdale. We are a small but growing team that really enjoys the business and craftmanship in coffee.

Position Overview
The Operations Manager will oversee the daily operations of our coffee distribution business, ensuring efficient logistics and supply chain processes. This role will involve managing vendor relationships, optimizing operations, and enhancing customer satisfaction while maintaining high-quality standards in our beverage products.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and optimize logistics and supply chain operations for coffee distribution
Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers
Ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices and payments
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate manufacturing schedules
Implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs
Oversee customer relations to ensure satisfaction and resolve any issues
Train and supervise operational staff to ensure best practices are followed

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field
3+ years of experience in operations management, preferably in the coffee or beverage/food distribution industry
Strong understanding of logistics and supply chain management
Experience in vendor relationship management
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in using inventory management and invoicing software
