We are looking for an experienced or entry level Project Manager to join our team of construction professionals. We are excited to have someone join our team and help us build Commercial and Industrial Projects along with many other relevant projects

Job Title: Project Manager
Location: Akron, OH- or surrounding area
Salary: $90K -$110K (salary depends on experience can be higher or lower) Hiring all levels!
Requirements: - 3+ years Project Management experience , preferred experience in ground up building projects

What You Will Be Doing

The Project Manager provides overall management direction on all types of projects, including large ground up projects. This position establishes project objectives through planning and budgets, serves as the primary point of contact with the client, and monitors construction and financial activities in collaboration with the Superintendent.

What You Need for this Position

- 3 + years of relevant Project Management or Superintendent experience

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate job transition and start-up process
Manage cost and schedule
Oversee the work of direct reports
Maintain positive client relationships
Perform initial contract review, cost coding, and preliminary budget
Review drawings and specs for RFIs
