Andrew Lamarche started his recruiting journey in January of 2022 and never looked back. After starting the Langdon Group, a boutique biotech and life sciences recruiting agency , he decided to pivot back into the corporate arena where he now leverages his extensive network of industry leaders, his BBA in Marketing from the University of Massachusetts Lowell, and his passion for connecting people and solving business challenges. Andrew has successfully placed multiple candidates in key positions across various functions and stages of growth and hopes to carry over this skillset to Cyber Coders. Andrew prides himself on his ability to create long-lasting relationships where he can help companies find the right talent and change candidate lives through new opportunities. Outside of work, Andrew enjoys meeting new people, spending time at the beach with his family and friends in Cape Cod, playing the guitar, and snowboarding. He is always eager to learn new skills, explore new opportunities, and making a positive impact on the people around him.
