Hailing from Mission Viejo, CA I earned my Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from the University of California San Diego while playing for the UCSD men’s basketball team. Communication and teamwork have been core fundamentals I try to continuously implement, and playing collegiate sports has definitely helped me hone those skills. I take great pride in developing and strengthening relationships, and what better way to use those skills than helping businesses find the perfect candidate! With a passion for economics and my hunger to help businesses grow and run more efficiently, I joined a small business financing company out of San Diego, CA. After leading the company in sales for two consecutive years, my wife and I added a beautiful son to our family and headed back to our foundation in Orange County. Coming from a small business financing background, I know the significant implications of hiring additional staff. Hiring one additional employee could propel a company to exponential growth, or lead to a less than desirable outcome. Each employee is an extension of the family and cohesiveness a business works so hard to build.
