Graduated from Michigan State University (GO GREEN!!!) and after was in the hospitality industry managing a high-end Italian Restaurant and Wine bar that was amazing all around learning the ins and outs of how to run a business as well as people. Once the infamous COVID caused chaos to the food industry I took my skills and transitioned into recruiting where I found great success within my first year. I enjoy learning about my candidates and business partners to understand what they're needing while keeping an open line of communication as time goes on.
