We are a well-established, 170 employee, West coast commercial GC that focuses on commercial/retail! We are actively looking for a regional Project Manager to work on one of our largest retail contracts.

Candidate can live anywhere west of Denver, CO.

What you'll be doing:
- Coordinate activities amongst subs, suppliers, vendors, customers, etc.
- Coordinate design & engineering efforts
- Estimating & proposal creation
- Purchase/monitor delivery of all materials
- Contract negotiation
- Visit jobsites as necessary
- Prepare reports to successfully manage projects
- Submit reports to management
- Promote & implement safety program

What you need:
- Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management (preferred)
- 5+ years Project Management experience
- Experience on banks & retail
- Experience with ground up & TI
- Experience with open store remodels
- Proficiency with Procore (required)
- Proficiency with P3 or P6 (preferred)
- Must reside west of Denver, CO
- Ability to travel 3-4x per month to jobsites
