Title: Director, Food Safety and Quality Assurance (FSQA)
Location: Owensboro, KY - Relocation Assistance Available
Salary: $130,000-$140,000/Year + 10% Bonus and Benefits
Requirements: 5+ Years in a FSQA/Food Regulatory role, with experience in a Manufacturing Plant, and experience working with Auditing, SQF & HACCP. Must have a strong understanding of: Meat, Protein, Beef - USDA and FDA standards. Nutrition experience and leadership/management will be needed for this role. Bachelor Degree or similar education will be expected for this role.
The Director of Quality Assurance will be responsible for managing the plant's Quality Control and Quality Assurance programs and ensuring compliance with company, customer and government procedures. This role will be inspecting and auditing the operation in all phases of quality performance (raw materials, production, packaging, distribution, HACCP, GMP's, etc.)

Carry out QC policies, procedures, and directives in the development of and compliance with company, customer, and government expectations while providing feedback and required follow up to ensure proper corrective action.
