Position: Associate Attorney
Location: Sacramento, CA (Onsite)
A highly respected Sacramento law firm specializing in plaintiff personal injury litigation is seeking an Associate Attorneys to join their dynamic team. With over 35 years of experience and a strong reputation for tenacity, resourcefulness, and justice, we are dedicated to delivering excellent representation for injury victims.
Responsibilities:
Handle all aspects of personal injury cases, including discovery, law and motion, court hearings, depositions, and trial preparation.
Manage caseloads and assist with complex cases across all phases.
Collaborate with senior attorneys in a mentoring environment to support growth and professional development.
Requirements:
Juris Doctorate degree and current membership in good standing with the California State Bar.
Strong analytical and legal writing skills.
Excellent communication, both oral and written.
Prior litigation experience is preferred.
Onsite work is required; remote applicants will not be considered.
Salary & Benefits:
Salary range: $95,000 - $175,000 per year (based on experience)
