Position Overview
The Audit Manager will oversee the audit process for hedge funds, private equity, and venture capital clients. This role involves managing audit teams, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and providing high-quality assurance services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage audit engagements for hedge funds, private equity, and venture capital clients.
Supervise and mentor audit staff, ensuring effective and efficient audit practices.
Prepare and review audit plans, ensuring thorough risk assessments.
Communicate findings and recommendations to clients and stakeholders.
Collaborate with other departments to enhance service delivery and address client needs.
Stay updated on industry regulations and changes that impact audit practices.
Ensure timely completion of audits within budget and deadlines.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
CPA certification or CPA Candidate
+5 years of public accounting experience, focusing on audit management.
Experience working with hedge funds, private equity, and venture capital investors.
Strong understanding of audit standards and regulatory requirements.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
