Key Responsibilities

Prepare detailed cost estimates for demolition projects, including labor, materials, and equipment.
Conduct site assessments to determine project requirements and potential challenges.
Analyze project plans and blueprints to accurately estimate demolition costs.
Collaborate with project managers to develop project budgets and schedules.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements during the estimation process.
Evaluate risks related to demolition projects and propose mitigation strategies.
Manage relationships with subcontractors and suppliers for accurate pricing.
Stay current with industry trends and advancements in demolition techniques and technologies.

Required Qualifications

3+ years civil estimating experience
Demolition estimating experience (full building and interior)

Preferred Qualifications

HCSS, Agtek, or similar
Experience with AutoCAD and blueprint reading.
Familiarity with utilities and sitework processes.
