Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Estimator to join our team. The Estimator will be responsible for analyzing project specifications, preparing cost estimates, and ensuring the feasibility of projects within budget. This role is crucial in supporting the project management team and enhancing cost efficiency throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

Review and analyze project documents and specifications to prepare comprehensive cost estimates.
Utilize Sage Timberline and On-Screen Takeoff to develop accurate material and labor costs.
Collaborate with procurement teams to source materials and negotiate prices with suppliers.
Prepare detailed reports and presentations outlining estimates and project costs.
Continuously monitor and update estimates based on changes in project scope or materials.
Provide insight into cost-effective strategies and solutions to project managers.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
Proven experience as an Estimator in the construction or manufacturing industry.
Proficiency in Sage Timberline and On-Screen Takeoff software.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess costs and prepare accurate estimates.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Detail-oriented with a strong understanding of procurement processes.
