Key Responsibilities:

Lead, mentor, and support a team of trainers and staff
Drive membership and personal training growth through innovative strategies
Maintain a clean, welcoming, and safe gym environment
Provide exceptional customer service and resolve member concerns with care
Manage budgeting, scheduling, and day-to-day operations
Plan and execute member events, promotions, and fitness programs
Stay current with fitness trends and implement best practices

Qualifications:

Experience in a management or leadership role (preferred but not required)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Passion for health, wellness, and fitness
Reliable, professional, and goal-oriented
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
