Inside Sales Representative

Position Overview
The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for driving sales and managing client accounts within the electronics sector. The role involves understanding customer needs, providing tailored solutions, and maintaining strong relationships to ensure client satisfaction and long-term partnerships.

Base Salary; $60,000-$75,000/year

Plus Commission

Key Responsibilities

Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through research and lead generation
Manage existing accounts and build strong relationships with clients
Provide product knowledge and support to customers regarding electronic products
Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for growth
Track sales metrics and report on results
Respond to customer inquiries and provide exceptional customer service
Prepare and deliver presentations to clients as needed

Qualifications

Proven experience in inside sales, preferably in the electronics industry
Strong account management skills with a focus on customer satisfaction
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools
Experience with headsets or similar electronic products is a plus
Prior experience in customer service is advantageous
