Position Overview
We are a precision sheet metal manufacturer of custom modular storage solutions and cabinets. Due to our continued growth we are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting various marketing initiatives, managing campaigns, and contributing to our overall brand strategy and market penetration.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns
Conduct SEO research and implement strategies to improve search engine rankings
Manage social media accounts and create engaging content
Support the preparation and delivery of marketing materials for trade shows
Assist in reporting and analyzing campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics
Collaborate with the team to create and maintain web copy and blog content
Provide support in brand management and marketing communications
Help in the coordination of email marketing and direct mail campaigns
Assist with data analysis related to market trends and customer behavior
Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas for marketing initiatives

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Associates degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
Proficiency in marketing principles and practices
Experience with SEO techniques and tools
Familiarity with social media platforms and content creation
Basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and web design
Understanding of Google Analytics for performance tracking
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Background in manufacturing, automotive or engineering environment is beneficial
