What You Will Be Doing

The Paralegal will support the Sr. Associate on the Employment team in both Individual and class action Wage & Hour cases. The Paralegal will be responsible for drafting legal documents and correspondence, court filings, legal research via WestLaw, maintain/update case information via the firm's database, as well as assist Attorneys with preparing for depositions, mediations, hearings and trial. The Paralegal will also have full responsibility for calendar maintenance and other administrative duties as needed.

What You Need for this Position

- Experience in Plaintiffs Employment law cases required, Wage & Hour preferred
- Class Action experience a plus!
- Legal research in both State and Federal courts nationwide required
- Must be proficient in the discovery process
- Paralegal Certificate a plus!
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus!
