My client is a well-respected law firm with a focus on trust and estate planning that has been in business in Berwyn, PA, for over 15 years. We are looking for a paralegal with estate administration experience to join the firm and assist in its continued success. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience as a paralegal in trust & estate planning. If that sounds like you, please apply!

What You Will Do:

Assist attorneys in the preparation of wills, trusts, and other estate planning documents.
Draft, review, and revise legal documents, including powers of attorney, advance healthcare directives, and trust amendments.
Communicate with clients to gather necessary information and provide updates on case status.
Organize and maintain client files and documents, ensuring all materials are compliant with legal regulations.
Assist with probate matters, including filing documents with the court and communicating with relevant parties.
Conduct legal research to support estate planning strategies and compliance with local laws.
Prepare trust and estate administration documents and correspondence.

Requirements:

2+ years of experience in Trust & Estate Planning or a related field.
Paralegal certification (preferred).
Strong knowledge of estate planning documents, probate process, and applicable laws.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal software.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
