Project Manager
Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to oversee and manage construction projects from conception to completion. The ideal candidate will have experience in both residential and commercial projects, particularly in the HVAC sector. This role requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders to ensure project success.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Manage project execution, ensuring adherence to timelines and budget constraints.
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure timely delivery of project components.
- Monitor and report on project progress, addressing any issues or roadblocks as they arise.
- Conduct regular project meetings to ensure team alignment and communication.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry, with a focus on HVAC systems.
- Strong understanding of residential and commercial construction processes.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
