We are a heavy civil contractor that provides a wide range of services, including infrastructure enhancement, heavy civil and vertical construction, and site development. We mostly serve government and state agencies, as well as private enterprises across the United States. We have a large DOT project coming up in the Blairsville, GA area and are looking to bring on a PM and Super with applicable experience.

Position Overview
The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing projects from inception to completion, ensuring that they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a thorough understanding of project management methodologies.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the planning and implementation of project initiatives
Coordinate cross-functional teams and manage project schedules
Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies
Monitor project progress and prepare regular status reports for stakeholders
Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations
Facilitate communication and collaboration among team members and stakeholders

Qualifications

Ideally a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
Proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction or civil engineering industry
Familiarity with DOT projects
Strong leadership and organizational skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously
