Position Overview
We are seeking a results-driven Project Manager to oversee and coordinate construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards, while effectively managing client relationships and project teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage construction projects from initiation to completion.
• Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring adherence to project scope and objectives.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure successful project execution.
• Monitor project progress, addressing any issues that arise to maintain timelines and budgets.
• Conduct regular site visits to assess project status and compliance with safety standards.
• Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members to keep all parties informed and engaged.
• Prepare and present project reports and updates to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field required.
• 3+ years of experience in project management within the construction industry.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, methodologies, and best practices.
• Proficient in project management software and tools.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.
