Job Title: Tax Manager / Senior Tax Manager
Location: REMOTE ( we have hybrid roles as well)
Salary: $170 - 210K + Full Benefits + 100% Remote Flexibility

Requirements:

CPA
5-8+ years of Tax Manager experience
Strong HNW and pass-through experience; real estate experience is a plus

We are a top 90 CPA firm serving high-net-worth clients across various industries, including technology, construction, and private equity. As we grow, we're looking to enhance our tax division while maintaining a strong work/life balance.

Responsibilities:

Manage tax returns and planning for HNW individuals and pass-throughs
Review financial statements and perform accounting tasks
Prepare complex tax projections and returns
Conduct tax research and respond to audits
Communicate with clients and lead department initiatives

Qualifications:

5-10+ years of relevant management experience
Familiarity with tax compliance and planning
Strong research skills (RIA experience a plus)
Team player with leadership potential
