Location: Okeechobee, FL (16 months- then NC, SC, or GA)
Pay: $120K-$150K + paid housing/per diem!

Position Overview
The Traveling Industrial Superintendent is responsible for overseeing and managing industrial construction projects across various locations. This role requires a strong understanding of construction processes and the ability to lead teams effectively while ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and supervise industrial construction projects from inception to completion.
Coordinate and communicate with project stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, and team members.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards on job sites.
Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and reports.
Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality of work.
Provide leadership and direction to field personnel and subcontractors.
Troubleshoot construction issues as they arise and implement effective solutions.
Facilitate training and development for on-site staff and labor force.

Qualifications

Proven experience as an Industrial Superintendent or similar role in construction.
Strong knowledge of industrial construction processes and best practices.
Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
Ability to travel frequently to various job sites as needed.
Experience with a variety of construction methods including but not limited to steel, concrete, and tilt-wall.
Familiarity with safety regulations and quality standards in construction.
Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field preferred.
