Established (35+ Years) Global Sales and Warehousing Co. Seeks Warehouse Manager in Orangeburg, SC
An established global sales and warehousing company with over 35 years in business is seeking a Warehouse Manager to join their team in Orangeburg, SC. This Manager will have team leadership and logistics experience; and oversee all aspects of warehouse operations, from inventory control to staffing, ensuring timely, compliant, and efficient processes.
Offer:
Salary range: $65,000-$70,000, contingent on experience

Qualifications:
Experience managing a warehouse team and logistics operations
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Proficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS); experience with Extensiv (formerly 3PL Central) is a plus
Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and Word
Experience in logistics, 3PL, eCommerce, or Amazon environments
Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred
Responsibilities:
Manage inventory levels, track stock movement, and maintain accurate records
Coordinate with suppliers and implement inventory control measures
Optimize warehouse layout and implement efficient picking/packing processes
Plan and coordinate goods receipt, storage, and dispatch
Hire, train, and supervise warehouse staff
Enforce safety protocols and ensure regulatory compliance
Leverage WMS tools to streamline operations and generate reporting
Monitor KPIs including inventory and order accuracy, and delivery performance
Analyze data to identify areas of improvement and cost reduction
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure on-time and accurate order fulfillment
Manage budgets and optimize allocation of resources
